Being overjoyed for receiving my Australian PR Visa, I thought it is prudent that I write a few lines about my experience with you.
Having been rejected at the skills assessment stage due to incorrect advice and guidance received form a migration agent in Sri Lanka, I had self belief that I still had chances to migrate. I searched the web thoroughly and was most convinced by referring to the Visas Simply profile and client feedback. What impressed me was, there were no complaints in any forums.
Having faced a terrible experience and losing money previously, Visassimply had a tough task of convincing me. Although my client service manager was operating from India, he got his officers from the Australian office too to called me and address my queries. Finally, I decided to proceed and gave the green light. Visa Simply was nice enough to provide me with installment facilities to make my payments.
Later, my case was handled by immigration specialist name; Shivangi Arora, she is the star who handled 75% of my case and I will definitely speak about her below.
Due to my age, I had difficulty in meeting with my points requirement and the only way forward was to obtain a score of 8 on each band of the IELTS. I fell short during 7 frustrating attempts, sometimes by falling short of 0.5 in one subject. Here too, there was much confidence and support provided to me by Visas Simply, IELTS experts had lengthy training sessions by calls from India and Australia many times. There were many emails exchanged with questions and answers which built my confidence further. Finally, I succeeded at the 8th attempt.
In no time, I received the invitation in response to my EOI and lodged my visa application. Shivangi was so prompt in addressing all my issues, especially during the period I had many personal family problems. Sometimes I tested her tolerance levels, but she handled all of my queries with loads of patience and a smile. She handled all stages of my case very effectively and efficiently. Shivangi, you are an asset to Visas Simply !!!
Finally, I received my dream letter, the E-Visa on 20th February 2015. I couldn’t believe my eyes and I am sure that I will take a couple of days to recover from my shock. Having heard my success of getting the visa by Visas Simply, there are many friends who have got the contact of Visas Simply from me. As I am in the financial industry in Sri Lanka, I strongly believe that many will seek the assistance of you through me in future. Already, there are a few whom I have recommended and are dealing with Visas Simply.
