Students of outstanding merit are going for foreign degrees now days in a large number. However, Australia is showing a global map of education and this attracts students all over the world. If your mindset is to Study in Australia, you need to update yourself with the necessary documents for submitting with the concerned authority.

 

Documents required for basic studies in Australia

The mandatory documents are class X pass certificate, class XII mark sheet if you have passed with good marks in qualifying examination. If you have recently appeared your class XII exam, then you need to submit class XI mark sheet at the time applying for first track foundation. The same holds true for the students awaiting for their class XII exam result as well.

Required documents for undergraduate study courses and vocational training program

The essential documents required includes certified copies of academic file along with work experience duly endorsed by the right person having the designation as specified by the particular college or university. According to the rules, school results must be certified by the school principal if you are planning to Study in Australia. If your documents are not written in English, then the university offers the facility of official certified translation. You are also required to appear for IELTS or English Language Requirements. If you have not cleared credit taken for previous studies, you will be asked to furnish the details of the credit transfer section on the undergraduate application form. You will need some necessary documents in support of your credit application. The details include certified copies of official results or transcripts of your previous academic documents along with the copies of subject syllabus.

Documents required for post graduate degrees by coursework 

If you are applying for certain postgraduate courses, it is must to submit certified copies of all academic records starting from class X. If you have work experience, then you are required to give a properly endorsed copy of work experience. Academic results need to be endorsed by your former education institutes. If your academic files are in English, then it is mandatory to provide an official certified translation. In addition to these, you need to submit your IELTS test score etc. Some universities also ask for scores of other exams like GMAT or GAMSAT in case, the concerned authority considers it a must. The rule applies to only certain courses.
Documents required for Research studies

Requirements are same as in the previous cases. You are required to provide work details as well as personal history in the previous companies. You will also have to submit an outline of the research works you are going to undertake in any Australian university. And if you have obtained a scholarship for Study Australia program, then you need to provide detail information regarding the sponsor and the funding amount you are getting from that particular source.
