Immigration Specialist

Why we Need an Immigration Specialist?

Recent developments have made the requirements to immigration process to any country more stringent and complicated. Immigration Specialists help with new immigrants to make the transition as smooth and as fast as possible. Immigration Specialists provide immigration assistance and are experts in immigration rules and laws.  They cater many services to make the immigration process smoother and quicker. This can include services such as assistance with filing applications and petition, helping to gather required documentation or translation.

Because immigration consultants are highly trained in the various laws and regulations that surround the process of immigration, they are well-equipped to help prospective residents of individuals navigate the confusing path of immigration. Immigrants going into the process of integrating into any foreign land without an immigration consultant are liable to suffer through a long and frustrating process as they try and navigate through the reams and reams of bureaucracy and regulations, often costing mountains of money and ending with them back where they started in the beginning.

Immigration consultants make the process much easier and streamlined because they know the immigration process inside and out and often times have taken subsidiary legal matters or acquired some legal education. Those wishing to start their own consulting firm might do well to look into schools of business management as well. Immigration to a new country is a stressful process, not just because of all the rules and paperwork, but because immigrants are picking up and moving their entire lives to a different country and trying to settle in, so anything that can be done to ease that transition is immensely important.

Immigration consultants strive to make that transition go smoothly, with as few wrinkles as possible, and to get it done in the most cost-effective way possible. An immigration expert really helps you by filling in the blanks on pre-printed USCIS forms with information that you provide and translate documents. They are absolutely essential to the immigration process, and with many more people choosing to immigrate to any country – the career opportunities for intelligent, hardworking immigration consultants is just going to keep expanding.

While there have been many cases of immigration consultants providing services they are not qualified to offer, there are also many legitimate immigration consultants who provide valuable services; you just need to be a savvy consumer when shopping for an immigration consultant. Few points to remember before hiring a immigration specialist:

If it sounds too good to be true or if someone claims to have a special relationship with USCIS, steer clear. No one can guarantee results or faster processing.

Ask about qualifications. If they claim to be qualified to provide legal assistance, ask to see copies of their BIA accreditation letter or bar certificate.

Get a written contract in English and if applicable, in your own language as well.

Avoid paying cash and get a receipt.

Never sign a blank form or application. Make sure you understand what you are signing.

The population of Australia has grown enormously and has also grown in diversity.

Live in Canberra

Affordable Living in Australia

Australia is a significant recipient of immigrants, especially when compared with other developed economies of the world.  The immigrants bring many benefits to the economies but they also impose a direct fiscal burden on governments through the provision of housing and other services. Securing suitable and affordable housing is an important part of the settlement process for immigrants. A latest survey shows that Sydney and the Sunshine Coast are the unaffordable place to live and Latrobe Valley and Mildura are the most affordable. The nature of the housing and living arrangements of recent immigrants is largely dependent on their current resources and prospects for the immediate future.

The circumstances of immigrants on arrival in Australia vary widely, particularly between visa categories.  Immigrants tend to lack assets, social networks, English language proficiency and prearranged employment or housing. Skill visaed immigrants usually arrive with more assets, assured employment and more marketable skills. Family visaed immigrants have family already resident in Australia and are likely to have accommodation organised prior to arrival. On arrival, most immigrants share accommodation with family or friends already living in Australia. This could be because they have not yet been able to form decisions about where they will eventually settle. Others may not yet be able to afford their own accommodation.

Australia aims at ensuring the immigrants to have access to affordable, safe and sustainable housing that contributes social and economic participation. It is an obvious fact that the people who migrate to Australia hunt for affordable housing so as to manage their finance. Affordable housing is available to immigrants and to their families on low to moderate incomes who are having difficulty securing housing in the private rental market. It is designed for working households. The public housing facility provides secure, stable and economical housing to the immigrants. The immigrants are benefited with low cost rental housing and a reduced mental pressure.

The affordable housing programs are managed and funded by the federal and state government including the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) and the Social Housing Growth Fund (SHGF). The NRAS is an Australian Government initiative, in partnership with the states and territories, to invest in affordable housing. It offers financial incentives to individuals, businesses and community organisations to build and rent affordable homes. These homes are targeted towards low to moderate-income households and the rent charged for these dwellings is up to a maximum of 80% of the market rate. The applicants for affordable housing are assessed on the basis of program guideline criteria. Each affordable housing program has specific criteria depending on the program and funding source.

Benefits of Australian Working Holiday Visa

Benefits of Australian Working Holiday Visa

The number of young people wishing to travel and work in Australia on the Working Holiday Visa has been increased year after year. A working holiday is when you spend a significant amount of time in another country and have the working rights to back it up.  With this setup, you are able to pick up a job or two (or 6) and break that arrangement up by travelling or moving on to a new location in the country.  Professional work experience in a country like Australia amounts to a whole package of benefits. It expands your learning dimensions not only in a professional sense but also in more personal ways. It teaches you valuable lessons about your abilities, boosts your confidence and gives you a whole new perspective on your work and life and the world in general. And you would have earned a decent wage in the process.

1.) A working holiday visa gives you longer to travel.

A working holiday visa grants you access to a country for a longer period of time than a tourist visa.  In Australia, the tourist visa is for 3 months when a working holiday visa grants you country-roaming rights for 12 months.  Even if you don’t work at all, the working holiday visa could be a good option for the individual that wants to stay in Australia for as long as possible without needing to deal with exiting and entering multiple times for visa renewal.

2.) The getaway is sustainable

With a working holiday visa, you can work as you go. The travel is sustainable in the sense that you can keep refilling your travel funds with casual employment.

3.) You can leave sooner

Without the need to save up thousands and thousands of dollars in advance, you can leave for overseas adventures sooner with a working holiday visa.

4.) It provides an opportunity to try your hand at various trades.

With a working holiday visa, you are basically given the opportunity to test out any type of job, and you are probably put in a position to accept ones that you normally wouldn’t when at home.  You never know what you might discover.  A working holiday, in this sense, could end up being a life-changing experience.

5.) You can give your holiday more structure.

Many travellers find themselves, when staying in hostels night after night, participating in parties and drinking activities more often.  Not only does this cause you to deplete your travel funds, it might also lead you to doing less of the real travel activities you came for in the first place.  By splicing in some working here and there, it helps to put you on a schedule and keep your travels more structured.

6.) A working holiday makes a good break.

A popular time to sign up for a working holiday is that break between high school and college or the break after college and before entering the real working world.  Later working holiday experiences are often used by individuals as a way to get out of a rutt with a job back home and have new choices.  The reason the working holiday is so great is because it allows for this break with some employment opportunities in the mix.

7.) You may make more local friends.

When you’re backpacking or jumping from place to place constantly, the majority of the people you meet – in hostels or on tours, for example – are simply other tourists.  By taking up employment in a country abroad, you are more likely to meet and make friends with the locals, and that can do wonders for really introducing you to a culture.

8.) Gain a better cultural understanding

There is a lot to do and learn in a country on short holidays.  This may lead to a general understanding of a culture, there’s no getting around how much more you will learn with an extended working holiday stay.  In addition, you will have actual working experience in a foreign country, which may or may not be of benefit to you on your return back home.

9.) It builds a better resume.

A working holiday builds a better resume comes down to the field you intend to work in down the road, as well as the type of work you will be undertaking while abroad.  Some employers might enjoy that a potential employee has work experience and cultural understanding abroad.

10.) It gives the chance to assess a potential expat location.

Working holiday visa gives a person the opportunity to stay for an extended period in another country. It allows for individuals the chance to assess whether or not this would be a good permanent move.
