The foreign agricultural workers who seek seasonal agricultural work in US can enter the States and work there through H2A visa. This visa program is only for nationals of that country which have been designated as eligible by the United States. The US employer has to sponsor the worker to work in the agricultural land.

  • The applicant must have a temporary work offer in agricultural sector.
  • The applicant must be experienced.
  • The visa is initially being offered for 1 year and can further be renewed or extended.
  • The spouse and children under the age of 21 can come along with the H1B1 visa holder but under the category visa of H4.
  • Children can study in US but cannot take employment without proper work permit visa.
