The H1 C visas are for professional nurses seeking nursing employment in US. The nurses applying for job in America needs to be a licensed nurse. This H1C visa is valid for only 3 years and cannot be renewed. Every year about 500 H1C visas are being issued by the US government.

To be eligible for the H1C visa the nurse of foreign national must have a full and unrestricted license.
Must have a nursing degree, and take the NCLEX-RN exam and pass.
