Many thanks for sharing the wonderful news about the positive outcome of my visa application for Australia. Indeed, it is a great achievement for all of us considering the time and effort that has gone into it for the last 2 years.
Today, I would like to take a moment to thank you and the entire team of Visas Simply from the bottom of my heart for providing me the excellent support, services and guidance without which this outcome would not have been possible. There you go…. I’m writing this feedback as a humble note of appreciation for the quality service and assistance provided by the entire team of VisasSimply and esp. Shivangi Arora that has helped me and my family to obtain Australian 190 Visa.
Our journey and relationship with VisasSimply started back in September 2013 and since then there has not been even a single day when I have felt that I am not satisfied with the services provided by VisasSimply.
The journey was not easy and there had been rough phases where we had to face failures and delays but Shivangi was always there to support us and ensure that we have peace of mind even in difficult times. She has been very patient while handling all my queries and dealt all the situations very professionally.

For Shivangi, I must say that she has managed to exceed my expectations several times during this whole journey. I remember there were periods where we had to wait for several months or the time when I relocated and I was scared that I might be ignored or neglected considering the time difference. But despite her regular workload, she had kept the communications ongoing and it was pleasant to see her mails in my inbox encouraging me to talk about any concerns that I may have with the whole process and keeping me posted with the next steps.
Today, when I look back, I can certainly say that this decision was not an easy one, and not a couple of months game .. you are bound to expect the unexpected but the journey and the experience was wonderful and the credit goes to Shivangi Arora and the team as you folks have made the things simpler for us– so apt to say Visas Simply 🙂

Net Net it’s a wonderful experience, all went fine as expected. I would like to thank Shivangi Arora our case manager.There are no words to express my gratitude to her, she has been there all the time helping and guiding us, from documents preparing till submission. Shivangi was always pro-active to sending e-mails to CIC whenever required which was awesome.
Finally, we are the residents of Canada and we are very very happy about it and we will definitely gonna recommend Visas Simply to our family and friends.
Starting back in mid 2014 , when I came to Visas Simply, with a lot of apprehensions, as was not really sure of the success rate in getting PR visas. I met the girl called ‘Ritnika Sarkar’ initially, who happened to have impressed me with her exceptional marketing skills and quite honestly boosted a kind of confidence that getting a PR is not that difficult, and its worth taking a chance at least. Then i registered myself, keeping in consideration that its not the full fee in one go, and I have to pay accordingly with the varied steps of success ahead.
Then I was assigned a case manager called ‘Kinny Jaiswal’, who was quite efficient in understanding the insight of my case and documentation. With her confidence and past experience, I was quite relaxed in terms of my documentation and assessment , as in her case it used to go without saying, as she was handling it quite well. She however, has left your organisation some time back, and got me a lot worried, as I was not even aware of what and where developments were going on. Which led to a lot discrepancies with the management and me.
Then came a quintessential person in picture called ‘Shivangi Arora’, who I was really apprehensive about, initially that whether she will be as good as Kinny or not. But to my surprise she came out to be amazingly outstanding and a Do-er rather than a talker. The finesse with which she handled the case was second to none. The best quality she got is her ability to break the ice with her soft and friendly demeanor in all adverse situations. She converted discrepancies to destinations. And proudly, it was a pleasure getting her work support all through.
To sum, it was great dealing with you guys at Visas-Simply. And a big Thank-you for getting it possible.
