H1B1 Visa

The H1B1 visa is being issued to the nationals of Chile and Singapore only. Only Chileans and Singaporeans seeking temporary employment in US are eligible for this category of visa. This visa has to be sponsored by the US employer. This visa is valid for 18 months and renewals are allowed. The visa is being issued for speciality occupation only and gives the worker a chance to work in US. Some of the specialized occupations are-

  • The spouse and children under the age of 21 can come along with the H1B1 visa holder but under the category visa of H4.
  • Children can study in US but cannot take employment without proper work permit visa.
