FSW Express Entry Point Test (Updated 2025-2026)
Canada Express Entry – Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)
The Canada Express Entry system manages applications for three federal economic immigration programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). Candidates are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), which awards points based on human capital factors, spouse factors, skill transferability, and additional factors.
Key Updates for 2025-2026:
- Category-Based Selection: Canada now conducts targeted Express Entry draws for specific categories including healthcare, STEM, trades, transport, agriculture, and French-language proficiency
- CRS Cut-off Scores: General draws have had CRS cut-offs ranging from 470 to 520 points. Category-based draws may have lower cut-offs for targeted occupations
